By logging in, you agree to the following responsibilities and conditions:

• Summoner accountability: The person who generates the Spook Key (the summoner) is solely responsible for all actions taken while placing or relocating a ghoul. Always obtain permission to enter locations, respect local laws, and avoid endangering people or property.
• Content moderation: The summoner must review and moderate every Journey Log submission. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, nudity, sexually explicit material, hate speech, harassment, threats, graphic violence, or any imagery that violates local laws or community standards.
• Participant safety: Do not place ghouls in hazardous areas or situations that could cause injury, panic, or emergency responses.
• Privacy and data: Only capture and upload media with the consent of the people featured. Do not share personal information without permission.
• Enforcement: Interrobang Technologies LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms and may remove any content reported as harmful or illegal.
• Updates: Terms may be revised over time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
