The Traveling Skeleton

Knock, knock, knock! Who’s at the door?
A skeleton friend with bones galore!
He grins and waves—what a funny sight!
He’s here to play, but just one night.

He’ll pose by pumpkins, tell a joke,
And giggle every time you poke!
He loves to travel, far and near,
To spread some fun and Halloween cheer.

So when the moon begins to fade,
And morning light starts to invade,
Pack him up—don’t make him stay!
It’s time to send him on his way.

To the next friend’s house he’ll creep,
To laugh and dance before they sleep.
A friendly fright, a jolly grin—
Till Halloween night comes rolling in!
